African Services Committee is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and self-sufficiency of the African community in New York city and beyond. ASC works on the frontlines of the global AIDS epidemic and has five clinics in Ethiopia. The programs focus on: HIV prevention: voluntary testing and counseling; Anti-Retroviral Treatment (ART); CD4 testing; nutritional supplements; pediatric HIV/AIDS case management; reproductive health and family planning; and practical attachment for VCT trainees.
