EOC/DICAC aims to assist the disadvantaged communities in Ethiopia to attain self-reliance by tackling the root causes of poverty, drought, conflict, gender inequality and HIV/AIDS pandemics. The charity promotes sustainable development programs and community empowerment. EOC/DICAC’s intervention programs include: emergency and humanitarian assistance; HIV/AIDS prevention and control; WASH; environmental protection; refugee and returnees support; and poverty reduction through integrated development activities.
