FHAPCO coordinates and directs the implementation of the country’s HIV/AIDS policy. The Office directs the multi-sectoral response by consulting with sector ministries, regional HAPCO’s, Regional Health Bureaus, civil society organizations, associations and networks of people living with HIV, the private sector, as well as multilateral and bilateral development partners.
