The Institute for Health Policy is a research institution, and a center of excellence for health policy research to improve health and social systems in Sri Lanka and the wider region. It supports, encourages and informs policy change through quality research, analysis and training. IHP carries out research across a wide range of areas, ranging from ageing and population to social protection and pensions. The research areas also include demography, health systems equity, health accounts and health equity, maternal health, NCDs and more.
