The IntegratedCare4People web platform supports the implementation of the WHO Framework on integrated people-centered health services. It is a global network that supports knowledge exchange and interaction among stakeholders on the five strategies proposed by the Framework. These are: empowering and engaging people and communities; strengthening governance and accountability; reorienting the model of care; coordinating services within and across sectors and creating an enabling environment. The web platform fosters the generation and dissemination of implementation knowledge, lessons learnt and tools, and contributing to the transformation of service delivery by promoting the translation of knowledge into action. The website has a collection of emerging, promising and leading practices as well as real-life experiences with health services reform.
The resources page has a repository of WHO documents, scientific publications, implementation reports, toolkits, multimedia and other resources with information and insights about integrated people-centered health services.
