The IntegratedCare4People web platform supports the implementation of the WHO Framework on integrated people-centered health services. It is a global network that supports knowledge exchange and interaction among stakeholders on the five strategies proposed by the Framework. The  platform fosters the generation and dissemination of implementation knowledge, lessons learnt and tools, and contributing to the transformation of service delivery by promoting the translation of knowledge into action. The website has a collection of emerging, promising and leading practices as well as real-life experiences with health services reform.
