The JLN is an online community of practitioners, policymakers, leaders and diverse groups from around the globe who share knowledge and co-develop new tools, guides and resources that address the practical challenges of health systems reform to achieve universal health coverage.
JLN community is comprised of leaders from ministries of health, national health financing agencies and other key government institutions in 27 Asian, African, European, Latin American and Middle Eastern countries as well as a diverse group of international, regional, and local partners. The JLN community co-develops global knowledge products that help bridge the gap between theory and practice to extend health coverage to more than 3 billion people. All of the activities of JLN are prioritized, shaped, led, and co-facilitated by member countries. Through a unique model for joint problem solving, which includes multilateral workshops, country learning exchanges, and virtual dialogue, JLN members build on real experience to produce and experiment with new ideas and tools for expanding health coverage.

The resources section has materials related to improving access to preventive and promotive primary health care services, data analytics, delivery system reforms to improve access, earmarking, equity, health workforce, improving quality, and knowledge. The Joint Learning Network Member Portal is a place to connect with the JLN community and share knowledge about health system reforms to achieve universal health coverage.
