KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is the lead partner in the USAID project Challenge TB, the world’s largest TB control program and flagship global mechanism for implementing TB strategy and TB/HIV activities of USAID. The Foundation is active in 21 countries in Africa, Asia, Central Asia and Eastern Europe regions. Focus areas of KNCV are: programmatic management of drug-resistant TB; TB/HIV co-infection; strengthening laboratories & diagnostics; childhood TB; community engagement; epidemiology; enabling healthy communities; new drugs & regimens initiative; the KNCV patient triage concept and erasing stigma and shame. KNCV works to create a solid evidence base for existing and new tools and interventions by implementing research, conducting operational research and population epidemiology. The Foundation also works on health systems and builds models for the future.

The knowledge center has brochures, KNCV annual reports, tools and manuals, and scientific publications.
