The Nigerian Journal of Nutritional Sciences is a peer-reviewed publication with primary focus of basic and applied studies in nutritional sciences and related fields. Original research articles, review articles, issues and opinions, special communications, book reviews, and proceedings of symposia are considered for publications. The journal is intended for a wide audience, including, nutritionists, dieticians, biochemists, health professionals, home economists, policy makers, students of nutrition and related fields, health educators, and all those in the health sciences. It is the official Journal of the Nutrition Society of Nigeria.
