The Trampled Rose aims to keep vulnerable girls in school through housing, food, health care, and school supplies. Activities of the charity include: pre surgery fistula care; post-surgery rehabilitation for women already suffering from fistula; prevention of new fistula cases by keeping girls in school; and institutional care and support to orphan girls, including health care.
