Leveraging Primary Health Care Systems for COVID-19: Insights from Ethiopia’s Health Extension Program (HEP)

The International Institute for Primary Health Care – Ethiopia wishes you well during these times and wants to thank you for your previous engagement with us. We are reaching out to share that, launching in mid-April, 2021, we will be offering a new course entitled “Leveraging Primary Health Care Systems for COVID-19: Insights from Ethiopia’s Health Extension Program (HEP).” This short course is free for all and highlights Ethiopia’s Primary Health Care response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This course will impart knowledge and skills about how to apply Primary Health Care principles to build capacity in outbreak response situations, emphasizing reflection and application in your own context. Don’t miss this opportunity to directly learn from leaders at Ethiopia’s Federal Ministry of Health, the International Institute for Primary Health Care – Ethiopia, and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. The course consists of six hours of modular content, packaged in informative interviews and interesting lectures, which can be completed in short segments. After successfully finishing this course, you will earn a Certificate of Completion!
