VSO helps to build a better, fairer world for those in poverty in Africa, Asia and Oceania. The charity works with thousands of volunteers from all countries and backgrounds to improve access and quality of education, better healthcare, and access to food and income. The programs of VSO in Ethiopia include: neonatal, maternal and child health; health systems strengthening; pre-primary and primary education; youth employment and enterprise. In addition, VSO strengthens civil society through youth participation.
