ESOG aims to promote and enhance sexual and reproductive health (SRH) through evidence based and cohesive action of the society with active participation of its members and broad national and international partnership. Programs of ESOG include: promotion of safe motherhood; prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV/AIDS; prevention of post partum hemorrhage; care for survivors of sexual assault; improving access to quality CEmOC services; and introducing national standards and guidelines.
The Society publishes ‘The Ethiopian Journal of Reproductive Health’ (EJRH) and has radio and printing media.
